The need is great!
Every year I receive dozens of emails from ministry leaders and pastors who are in search of worship leaders. Whether from established churches who are looking to bring vibrancy to a stale worship culture, or church plants who need to develop new worship teams, the need for healthy worship leaders is great. Finding people who can play songs is easy.
